The levelling loop also allows you to train using one arm. At 4 cm, the belts are particularly wide. The foam rubber grips fit comfortably in the hand, offer a secure hold and thus allow for a comfortable workout. Furthermore, the TRX "Burn" suspension trainer is suitable for permanent use in gyms.
