The award-winning patented Eleiko Öppen Bar now comes standard with two handle heights making lifting more adaptable and accessible. The Öppen Bar — an open-sided trap bar — is designed for lifting ease, delivering a wide range of lifting and training possibilities from deadlifts to rows, presses, lunges and more. The integrated rubber-footed loading jack allows you to load and unload plates without lifting the bar, while also keeping the bar balanced while lifting.

Accessible Lifting - The open design, neutral handle position, two handle heights with grip markings make deadlifting less technique intensive, easier to perform and accessible to more lifters.
Chromed Sleeves - Durable 320 mm chromed sleeves strike the right balance between loading capacity and space efficiency, and the 50 mm diameter is compatible with all standard weight plates.
Quality Construction - Made in our Halmstad, Sweden facility, the bar is crafted with quality materials and built for long-lasting performance.
Rack and Platform Compatible - Designed to work with racks and platforms, the bar is rackable and the width ensures plates stay in the platform drop zone.

Description

The Prestera Half Rack features essential attachments including a straight pull-up bar, j-cups with rollers, and safety arms and is outfitted with eight weight pins for maximum storage. The stainless uprights deliver a performance upgrade providing tighter 25 mm hole spacing with etched numbering and a long-lasting finish optimized for gliding attachments. The easily adjustable J-cups have a taller profile, inspired by our IPF combo bench, that offers more protection to the rack and barbell and feature polyurethane rollers to protect the bar knurling and support positioning adjustments.

Unique full-size technique discs are ideal for beginner and youth lifters.

They feature a proprietary rigid plastic, hollow design and moulded construction to ensure discs are quiet in use and last a long time.

The distinctive design includes a deep rimmed edge facilitating a firm grip for easy and safe handling, bar loading and unloading.

The collection is available in stylish matte colours and pairs perfectly with our 5 kg and 10 kg Technique Bars.

The new Eleiko XF Bumpers feature an improved composition for enhanced durability. They remain an incredibly quiet disc designed for tough training and varied environments but now will last even longer.

Eleiko have also created a more narrow 20 kg discs, one that matches the width of the 15 kg discs, so more weight can be loaded on the barbell, now up to 200 kg.

Their compressed recycled crumb rubber is soft yet durable providing fantastic sound dampening and shock absorption.

Discs are sold individually - 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg.

The 25% Reformer Spring may be purchased individually to replace a 100% spring for Reformers with traditional spring configurations. Its lighter resistance is often preferred for arm or rehab exercises. When combined with a 50% spring, it also offers a resistance option between the 50% and 100% settings.

• Replace the springs on your Reformer every two years to ensure maximum performance and safety of your equipment at all times
