The award-winning patented Eleiko Öppen Bar now comes standard with two handle heights making lifting more adaptable and accessible. The Öppen Bar — an open-sided trap bar — is designed for lifting ease, delivering a wide range of lifting and training possibilities from deadlifts to rows, presses, lunges and more. The integrated rubber-footed loading jack allows you to load and unload plates without lifting the bar, while also keeping the bar balanced while lifting.

The new Eleiko XF Bumpers feature an improved composition for enhanced durability. They remain an incredibly quiet disc designed for tough training and varied environments but now will last even longer.

Eleiko have also created a more narrow 20 kg discs, one that matches the width of the 15 kg discs, so more weight can be loaded on the barbell, now up to 200 kg.

Their compressed recycled crumb rubber is soft yet durable providing fantastic sound dampening and shock absorption.

Discs are sold individually - 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg.
