- Where is my order?
If you have selected the 'shipping' option, once your order has been fulfilled by our team this will then be picked up by our courier service. You will receive a tracking link for your order. You will then be able to track the progress of your delivery.
- Can I order at your store in Mount Eden?
Yes - you can pay via cash or card at our store in Mount Eden. Just give us a call so we can check we have the stock available and get this ready for you. Alternatively, please place your order online and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
- How long does delivery take?
We recommend 3-6 working days for your order to arrive. If after this time your order has yet to arrive, please contact us. Prior to this please follow your tracking number for updates.
- I only received part of my delivery, where is the rest?
It is completely normal for your order to be split in transit. Please check your tracking link for updates on your order as it will show you the items which are 'in transit' as well as the items which have been delivered successfully.
- What does ‘request a quote’ mean?
On our website, when an item states 'request a quote' usually this means that it is currently out of stock. Don't worry, this will be updated as soon as the new stock arrives. For larger commercial equipment please contact us on email@example.com.
- Do you offer click and collect?
We do. This is an option that you can select at checkout. Our click-and-collect service is available from 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday. When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email.
- Can I pre-order Les Mills equipment?
Due to high demand, we occasionally run low on our Les Mills equipment. Once we have a shipping date for the next delivery, we will put this on our website as 'pre-order now'. Only once it goes on our website as a pre-order you will then be able to purchase this.
- Do you sell pre-owned equipment?

- Can I rent equipment?
Unfortunately, we do not rent out any of our consumer-based equipment. If you are a commercial gym, please email us for further information.
- What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm.
- How much is delivery?
Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and location. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
- If I have a question what is the best way of contacting you?
We pride ourselves on quality customer service. We normally reply to emails within 12 hours. Feel free to contact us and we will look after you the best we can.
