We are currently on the lookout for a Warehouse & Equipment Assembly Coordinator

This role plays a key part in maintaining our service excellence, handling warehouse upkeep, stock control, and equipment management. You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing fitness equipment in customer facilities, as well as assisting with new installations.
As an essential link in the Blue Fitness service chain, you’ll work closely with our team to deliver timely, expert, and top-quality service, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Service Director, the key functions of the role are as follows:
Key Responsibilities;
- Maintain and manage the stock within the warehouses
- Pre assemble and install equipment
- Refurbish and clean trade in equipment for resale
- Diagnose and fault find equipment for repair, maintenance and service
- Work with the consumer sales role to ensure a clean well presented showroom
- Carry out service and repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Work collaboratively with the Service team
- Ensure that equipment is repaired and serviced in a safe and timely manner
- Always maintain compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements
- Installations
- Support for Online Order Processing

Key Requirements;
- Valid forklift license
- Legal rights to work in New Zealand
