The new Eleiko XF Bumpers feature an improved composition for enhanced durability. They remain an incredibly quiet disc designed for tough training and varied environments but now will last even longer.

Eleiko have also created a more narrow 20 kg discs, one that matches the width of the 15 kg discs, so more weight can be loaded on the barbell, now up to 200 kg.

Their compressed recycled crumb rubber is soft yet durable providing fantastic sound dampening and shock absorption.

Available in 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg, our vibrant colored bumper plates provide a dead bounce, easy weight identification, and add energy to your facility. The reinforced steel molded in hubs are coated with a proprietary material that forms a chemical bond with the rubber that prevents separation. Most competitors press in the hub after the rubber is molded which will over time, always lead to failure.

The 10 kg – 20 kg plates are the standard IWF 450mm in diameter, but we incorporated a unique design to the problematic 5 kg bumper, making it slightly smaller in diameter and thicker than others, thereby increasing its strength. Our unique and proprietary manufacturing process allows us to produce a bumper that has both higher tensile strength and hardness than competitor plates.

This is accomplished by molding with a harder rubber near the core, which prevents the hub from separating and plate wobble over time, and a softer rubber on the outside to act as a buffer deadening the blow and sound from the plate when dropped. The rubber itself is 100% virgin and passes REACH and Rohs standards. Besides getting true color that won’t fade or discolor over time, this means our colored bumper plates are also safe for your baby’s skin and yours.

Our high quality manufacturing standards and raw material allow us to control the weight tolerance to /- 0.5%. Most competitor plates run /- 1-2% at best. Raised lettering and color coding make the weight easily identifiable.
