Saturday, Oct. 24 is an incredibly important day for environmentalists across the globe - International Day of Climate Action. From the 11th – 31st October, for every order placed we will donate a % of sales to ‘Trees that count’ a Kiwi business focused on planting Aotearoa’s special native trees.
It’s proven that exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal, but the focus this year is to promote how the everyday conversations we have can be surprisingly important.
